Cost per run

Also: cost per invocation · per-run cost

Cost per run is the dollar cost of a single agent or task call: input tokens × input price plus output tokens × output price, adjusted for any cache hits. It is the unit that decides whether an agent’s value actually beats its running cost — the ROI gate before building any agent.
